Southwark Wellbeing Hub is now offering Monday services

The Hub offers free information and support to Southwark residents who are concerned about their mental health and wellbeing, or that of someone close to them.

About the hub

Southwark Wellbeing Hub is run by the ‘Together for Mental Wellbeing’ charity and works in partnership with Southwark Council’s Adult Social Care Mental Health Team. The Hub offers free information and support to Southwark residents who are concerned about their mental health and wellbeing, or that of someone close to them. They can help by signposting you towards local organisations, services and activities and providing information and tools to help you manage your own health and wellbeing.

What they do

They also offer accessible and personalised 1:1 practical and emotional support programmes, peer support services and wellbeing workshops. The Hub has a team of trained volunteers who can provide practical support to help you improve your mental health and wellbeing and engage in your local area and there are also a range of volunteering opportunities if you would like to support their work.
