NHS organisations are looking for local people with lived experience of diabetes to help shape services

Your insight will help commissioners to improve outcomes, reduce health inequalities, look at prevention and specialist care, and how they can best support people to manage their care.

South East London CCG (SEL CCG) and other NHS partners are are looking for two people and two deputies living with either type 1 or type 2 diabetes from Southwark to form a south east London wide group.

This group will work with the programme structures at south east London level and in the local borough to improve outcomes, reduce health inequalities, look at prevention and specialist care and how we can best support people to manage their care.
