The NEURO-MEDICINES helpline can be contacted for any questions you have about medicines used in the management of a neurological or neurosurgical condition.

The helpline is available to neurological or neurosurgical patients, their carers, or any healthcare staff involved in their care.

Examples of questions might include:

  • When and how should I take my medicine?
  • Can I take other medicines at the same time?
  • Are there any side effects to the medicine?

Call the helpline on:

0203 299 4162

The helpline is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.

The helpline CANNOT help in emergency situations when medical help should be gained from your local A&E or by calling NHS 111 as appropriate.
