About this event
Looking after your mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after your physical health. Coming out of the pandemic may have increased your stress levels and the current costs of living adding to it. We may never get rid of stress in our lives but we can learn how to deal with it and to reduce it.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday 26th of July 2022 at 5-6pm, online via Zoom. We will send you the Zoom joining details once you have completed the registration form.
