About this event
If you heard of Mindfulness but haven't tried it yet, if you haven't been practicing regularly and needed a refresh, this session is for you. We will introduce the foundations of Mindfulness and try out couple of practices to get you using the skills straight away.
If you're a seasoned meditator you can support the newbies with sharing your experience. Everyone is welcome.
