What would happen if you could be mindful in each moment of your life? What your relationships would be like if in the heat of an argument you could listen mindfully? What if your community could live mindfully?
We will explore these ideas via the practice of RAIN, a radical mindfulness process and learn how to reach a place of balance and wholesomeness.
