Jon Kabat-Zinn is a father of modern Mindfulness programmes in western societies. Decades ago he developed an 8 week course to reduce stress for his chronic pain patients. Today, mindfulness is part of our wellbeing standards across health services and corporate world. In this session you will get to know the basic principles of the classic programme and try out practical exercises to reduce stress.
