About this event

Join us for this monthly session with Mindfulness Coach to restore balance to your nervous system, learn about breathwork and meditation. In these session you will get to experience the power of your breath and how to use it to better manage the daily challenges of life.

The workshop will be held on Thursday 21st of April 2022 at 3-4 pm, online via Zoom. We will send you the Zoom joining details once you have completed the registration form.
