The winter months and the pandemic have taken a toll on many people's mental health. If you feel overwhelmed, you are not alone. Join us for this monthly session with Mindfulness Coach to restore balance to your nervous system, learn about breathwork and meditation. In these session you will get to experience the power of your breath and how to use it to better manage the daily challenges of life.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday 15th February 2022 at 3-4 pm, online via Zoom. We will send you the Zoom joining details once you have completed the registration form.
