About this event
We have recently compiled a report titled 'Mental Health Services: Unmet Need in Southwark' which has identified areas of unmet need within community adult mental health services and makes recommendations on how to address them.
Our research involved conducting a survey asking local residents about their experiences of a range of mental health services provided by Southwark's local mental health trust, South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM). We focused on 5 key domains of care including access, waiting, suitability, impact and staff.
In this workshop, we will present the key findings of our report and open up conversations about mental health service need in Southwark. There will also be an opportunity to discuss our recommendations and the next steps and ask questions to representatives from SLaM.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday 25th January 2022 at 1.30-3pm, online via Zoom. We will send you the Zoom joining details once you have completed the registration form.
