Why not ‘Come and try’ some different groups and activities with the physiotherapists and local community providers.
Schedule for the day
- 10.30 – 11.30am: Dance class with Stella
- 11.45am – 12.30pm: Chair yoga with Louise Tyler
- 12.30 – 1.30pm: Lunch - talk to physiotherapists and local groups about what is available in your area
- 1.30 – 2.30pm: Walking sports with Millwall Community Trust
- 2.30 – 3.30pm: Strength and balance exercise group with the physiotherapists
